Peak Barrel Aged
Our Peak Barrel Aged are tasting beers enhanced by several months in barrels:

  • Peak Barrel Aged - Triple Rhum (10,5%) : The brewery presents its Peak Triple aged in rum casks. After winning multiple medals, the brewers decided to release a new version every year.

Aging for over three months in rum barrels brings great complexity to our Peak Triple, enriched with subtle vanilla aromas and warm, smooth caramel notes.

  • Peak Barrel Aged - Triple Vin d’orange (9,5%) : After a few months of aging in Spanish orange wine barrels, our Peak Triple reveals a deep copper color. On the palate, it is warm and pleasantly round. Its slight acidity brings a nice freshness, despite its 9.5% alcohol content. On the nose, a delicate woody touch blends with aromas of candied orange. A true delight with duck à l’orange, though it is more than satisfying on its own...

With their higher alcohol content and their powerful yet subtle notes of wood and spirits, and their moderate bitterness, our Peak Barrel Aged pairs perfectly with intense dishes and desserts.

Genepeak

We gain height with the GENEPEAK, our new highlands liquor! To avoid waste during previous closings, we sent our beer to the Radermacher distillery. It was then distilled to give GenePeak, a grain alcohol.

We find the typical floral and herbaceous aromas of Génépi with a very present touch of violet. With its round and fruity mouth, it should be tasted very fresh!

%vol : 35%

Let yourself be seduced by a sweet liqueur to accompany your dessert and/or your coffee, or simply alone as a digestive at the end of a meal.
