In addition to the 9 beers that make up our permanent range, we like to release limited editions in order to offer products with more specific tastes and flavours that are different from our classic Peaks.
Here you can find the ephemeral beers that the brewery has had, whether it be Peak in cans, editions created for an event at the brewery or our now traditional Peak Barrel Aged.

Every year has its own edition of Peak Barrel Aged!
Since 2018, we have been releasing a new edition of our now traditional Peak Barrel Aged. Our classic beers are then aged in oak barrels that have contained other spirits and are enhanced with new flavours.

Peak Barrel Aged 2021 - Triple Port
We offer two different Port-themed cuvees for a complete taste experience:
Peak Barrel Aged - Triple White Port
Peak Barrel Aged - Triple Red Port (Tawny)
It has all the hallmarks of a successful Port. Ripe fruit notes such as peach for the white port and flavours of red and black candied fruit for the red port.
Combined with our Peak Triple, the result is a harmony unique to these new editions.
Peak Barrel Aged 2021 - First part
Peak Myrtille Sauvage : After more than 9 months in oak barrels and thanks to a selection of wild brettanomyces yeasts, our Peak Myrtille comes back with a great complexity and an acidity typical of Gueuzes and Lambics.
Peak Triple Rhum : For lovers of our Peak Triple, let yourself be surprised by a combination of orange aromas and the typical flavours of rum! Due to the success of this edition, we have decided to continue the production. Each year has its own edition of Peak Triple Rum!
Peak Barrel Aged 2020 (sold out)
Peak Triple Calvados : The Triple is then enhanced by aromas of stewed fruits with light woody notes and a floral touch.
Peak Triple Rhum : For lovers of our Triple, let yourself be surprised by a combination of orange aromas and the typical flavours of rum!
Peak Barrel Aged 2019 (sold out)
Peak Triple Rhum : For lovers of our Triple, let yourself be surprised by a combination of orange aromas and the typical flavours of rum!
Peak Winter Rhum : For lovers of intensity, Peak Winter Rhum reveals a round and chocolatey side accentuated by its passage in barrels!
Peak Barrel Aged 2018 (sold out)
Peak Triple Sauternes : A fairly dry beer with the fruit flavours of Sauternes and an impressive length.
Peak Triple Bourbon : A round and very balanced beer with vanilla and woody notes
Peak Brune Bourbon : A beer with a nice acidity characterized by woody, biscuity aromas
L’OktoberPeak (sold out)
For our OktoberPeak, we created a new beer at the brewery.
A lighter pilsner, 5% of alcohol, but still full of character! This Peak, refreshing and round without too much bitterness, draws its flavours from its particular recipe: 100% malt, as in Germany and based on Munich malt, which gives it its beautiful copper colour.
This beer, created for the OktoberPeak event at the brewery, was only served at the brewery and was not bottled.

The India Peak Beer (sold out)
Welcome to the India Peak Beer in the Peak family. This IPA is a limited edition with refermentation in the can. You will have outstanding fruity and spicy aroma thanks to a selection of 75 different hop varieties. Hop lovers, you will like this one.

Peak Summer IPA (sold out)
Welcome to the new summer Peak IPA ! A light session IPA at 4 ABV refermented in the can with a pronounced hop flavor thanks to the special selection of hops with tropical fruits aromas. Enjoy this beer with a clear bitterness and with a refreshing taste!
